  I took my son ere today for a simple haircut and the girl cut into his eyebrow and didn’t say a word. I didn’t think I had to check his eyebrows and didn’t notice until I got home. When I went back for my refund I asked the girl in a polite way if maybe she didn’t notice she cut his eyebrow and she assured me that she did know but it was because he moved... let’s be clear he is nine and she is supposed to be a professional. But what upsets me most is that she knowingly cut his eyebrow and didn’t say a word. It’s a simple mistake that would have been forgiven had she just let me know and not blamed my son. Of course the manager was no where to be found when I got there either.
